구글에서 제공하고 있는 폰트로 구글 폰트에서도 다운로드 받으실 수 있습니다. 오픈 폰트 라이센스가 적용되어 있으며, 범용적으로 많은 디자이너들의 사랑을 받고 있는 폰트 중 하나입니다.

 

폰트설명

기하학적 산세리프 활자체는 이들 배우들이 세계 무대에 오른 이후 줄곧 인기 있는 디자인 도구였다. 포핀스는 이 오랜 전통의 새로운 등장인물 중 하나이다. 데바나가리와 라틴어 문자 시스템에 대한 지원으로, 장르에 대한 국제주의적인 인식이다.

많은 라틴어 글리프들(암페르산드 등)은 전형적인 것보다 더 구성적이고 합리주의적이다. 데바나가리 디자인은 특히 새롭고, 이 장르의 다양한 무게의 데바나가리 서체로는 처음이다. 라틴어처럼 데바나가리는 순수한 기하학, 특히 원형에 바탕을 두고 있다.

각 문자 형태는 거의 단일모형에 가깝고, 획일적인 타이포그래픽 색상을 유지하기 위해 필요한 경우 스트로크 조인트에 광학적 보정을 적용한다. 데바나가리 기본 문자 높이와 라틴 어센더 높이가 같으며, 라틴 대문자는 데바나가리 문자보다 짧고, 라틴어 x-높이는 다소 높게 설정된다.

사용에 크게 유의할 점은 없으며, 두께감 있는 글꼴을 표현하거나 헤드라인에서도 사용하기 좋은 영문 폰트입니다.
